These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and f996 ("f996", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the f996 website, mobile interface, application, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the f996 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the f996 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time after registration.

f996 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account creation does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform; f996 may at its discretion restrict, suspend, or close accounts at any time in accordance with these Terms.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers placed, games played, and withdrawals requested.
• You must notify f996 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

f996 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme consistent with responsible platform governance. All players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal and may be required to provide documentation at any stage at f996's discretion.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The following general bonus conditions apply to all f996 promotions unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times ("rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover requirement is stated on each promotion page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f996 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where appropriate, permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, identity documents, or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer transactions in a manner consistent with money laundering patterns.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately placing bets or making deposits to exploit obvious technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform without f996's explicit written consent.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access or interfere with any part of the Platform's infrastructure, systems, or data beyond your own account.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.

f996 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on a continuous basis. If suspicious activity is detected, f996 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

f996's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by f996's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

f996 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at f996.io/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support.
• f996 applies industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform servers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. f996 operates a fair and transparent dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a wager settlement, a payment, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you should follow the process below:
